Cancellation Policy

To ensure the best organization of your stay, the property applies the following conditions:

* The reservation can be cancelled free of charge up to 15 days before the arrival date.

* In case of cancellation made within 15 days prior to arrival, the deposit/booking confirmation amount will be retained.

* In case of no-show or early departure, no refund will be given.

* A security deposit of €250 is required upon check-in. This will be returned within 48 hours of check-out after the condition of the villa has been checked.

* Any damage caused to the structure, furnishings, or accessories may result in a total or partial withholding of the security deposit.
