1. Introduction

This information notice is provided pursuant to Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (the "GDPR"), Article 122 of Italian Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 (the "Privacy Code") and in accordance with the "Guidelines on cookies and other tracking tools" adopted by the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali) on 10 June 2021.

2. What cookies are

5. Third-party cookies and services

  • Booking and contact tools integrated into the Website, used to handle availability requests and bookings for the property.

Third-party cookies are installed and managed directly by the respective owners, to whom reference should be made for detailed information and for managing the relevant preferences. The Website operator has no access to or control over cookies installed by third parties.

Note for the Website operator: check which third-party services are actually active on the published pages (e.g. maps, forms, videos, social widgets, booking or payment systems) and remove from the list any services that are not used, adding any additional services.

6. Managing consent and preferences

The first time the Website is accessed, the user is shown a banner that allows them to:
